Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Great news! We do not have a minimum order quantity for orders. We warmly welcome all orders, however big or small they may be.
Update COVID-19: As part of our efforts for physical distancing during this period, we’ve reduced our delivery fees to $20.00 to encourage customers to stay home and get your orders delivered rather than to self pick-up. Do ensure that you place your orders at least 7 days before to enjoy these discounted rates. Do take note of the respective delivery fees for rush orders as listed below:

If you’d like us to deliver your order, kindly select the ‘Balloon Delivery’ option upon checkout. Please select your preferred delivery date. Do also remember to key in the correct delivery address.
Kindly ensure that someone is present at the indicated delivery address to receive your order when it arrives. Should we need to redeliver your balloons, it is chargeable at $40.00, subject to availability of our drivers.
We seek your kind understanding that your actual delivery time may vary 30 minutes before or after your selected delivery time-slot.

If you’d like to self-collect your order, kindly select the ‘Self Pick-Up’ option upon checkout. Please select your preferred collection date and time slot. Unless otherwise communicated, all orders are to be collected from our office located at:

Please note that collections are available by appointment only, and our office is not open for walk-in purchases. As such, kindly adhere to your pre-selected self-collection date and time slot.
If you’re unable to pick-up your order personally, you may get a representative to pick-up your order on your behalf. Simply get him or her to quote your name & order number upon collection.
Rush Orders (Self-Collection)
All orders need to be placed at least 7 days in advance but we sometimes make exceptions if your order items are in stock and we have the resources to cater to your order.
Note: You will not be able to check out online if you would like to self-collect an order that’s less than 7 days’ away from your order date. Please contact us directly via email so that we can assist you with a manual order. Do also note that a $5.00 rush fee would apply.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices of balloons listed are quoted inclusive of helium inflation. Should you require the balloons without helium inflation, the price remains the same.
Balloons that require helium inflation will be inflated 1-2 hours before the specified collection or delivery time to ensure balloons are in perfect condition for your event.
Please take note of the following helium balloon float times:
- 11″ Latex: Floats in the air for at least 6-8 hours
- 18″ Latex: Floats in the air for at least 12 hours
- 30″ & 36″ Latex: Floats in the air for at least 16 hours
- 18″ – 40″ Foil: Floats in the air for at least 24 hours
- 24″ Bubble: Floats in the air for at least 3-4 days
Kindly note that the float times listed serve as a general guideline. It is ultimately subject to weather conditions, temperature of the surrounding environment and how the helium-inflated balloons are handled and transported.

Payment Time Frame
Please note that only paid bookings are confirmed bookings and full payment is required secure your booking. All payments are to be made and notified of via email within 6 hours from submission of your booking. Your booking will automatically be cancelled if it is left unpaid or unaccounted for within the time frame given.
Please take note of our balloon order cancellation terms below:
i. Full refund for orders cancelled with notice of more than 7 days prior to fulfilment date
ii. 50% cancellation fee for orders cancelled with notice of more than 3 days prior to fulfilment date.
iii. No refund for orders cancelled less than 3 days to fulfilment date.
To avoid the unnecessary cancellation fees, we are able to offer store credit to the same value of your cancellation which you can retain to order balloons or items for a later date.

In the unfortunate event that a selected balloon becomes unavailable due to manufacturer defects or stock unavailability, a substitution may occur. We reserve the right to use a similar balloon with the most similar message and / or theme in the unlikely event that the chosen balloon unavailable. Any replacement will be of equal or greater value and the customer will be notified ahead of order fulfilment.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery venue will accept balloons. No refunds will be given and we will not be held responsible if the order is turned away.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct. Please include the unit number and/or business name if applicable. Please specify other relevant information such as the function room name and / or booking name in the Order Notes if applicable.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is at the delivery destination and access is available immediately.
If redelivery is requested as a result of inaccurate or incorrect information being given, we will only redeliver for an additional delivery fee and our schedule permitting.
We will not provide a refund or replace a product that has been misused, mishandled after a successful delivery.
