Balloon delivery to your venue is available at $35.00 per trip. Alternatively, you may opt for self-collection from our store.

Payment can be made via bank transfer or internet banking. This is our recommended mode of payment. Alternatively, payment can be made via a credit or debit card through PayPal. Kindly note that a transaction fee would apply for this mode of payment.

You may select your preferred delivery date and time during checkout.

We value your privacy. Communication to and from the server is encrypted using a secure HTTPS connection, just like the traffic between your computer and your online banking website. We take measures to protect our servers from outside intrusion, as we do with our own online store.

Kindly make payment for your order within 12 hours from order submission so that we can confirm and expedite with order fulfilment.

Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an order email in which your invoice is attached. You will also received another email once payment has been received and we are able to confirm your order for fulfilment.
