Kindly place all orders ahead of time to secure a slot with us on the requested date and time. Please take note of the following lead times for the respective order items:

Decor Packages: At least 1 month before
Gifts, Goodie Bags: At least 1 month before
Party Supplies, Balloons:
At least 7 days before (Earlier dates may be possible subject to availability of items)

Party Supplies


Items will be posted out the next day after payment has been confirmed. You will receive your package within 3-5 working days.




If you’d like us to deliver your order, kindly select the ‘Balloon Delivery’ option upon checkout. Please select your preferred delivery date, delivery method and time slot. Do also remember to key in the correct delivery address.

Kindly ensure that someone is present at the indicated delivery address to receive your order when it arrives. Should we need to redeliver your balloons, it is chargeable at $40.00, subject to availability of our drivers.

We seek your kind understanding that your actual delivery time may vary 30 minutes before or after your selected delivery time-slot in view of unpredictable traffic conditions or bad weather.

Self Pick-Up

Self pick-up is available daily between 10:00AM – 3:00PM. Kindly select the self pick-up option and indicate your pick-up date and time. The pick-up location is in Limau Garden (Bedok / Tanah Merah are) The full address will be provided along with collection details in your confirmation email once your order and payment has been received from our end.


All priced quoted on our website are in SGD (Singapore Dollars).

Unless otherwise stated, all prices of balloons listed are quoted inclusive of helium inflation. Should you require the balloons without helium inflation, the price remains the same.

Payment Time Frame

Please note that only paid bookings are confirmed bookings and full payment is required secure your booking. All payments are to be made and notified of via email within 1 hour from submission of your order. Your booking will automatically be cancelled if it is left unpaid or unaccounted for within the time frame given.

Cancellations & Refunds

Please take note of our order cancellation terms below:

No refunds once payment has been made and order has been confirmed.

• There will be no refunds or returns once payment has been made and order has been confirmed.

In the event that an exception is made and a request for refund is granted, the amount paid will be returned to you in the form of store credit which can be used to offset a future purchase.

In the unfortunate event that you need to postpone your order to another date, kindly contact us via Live Chat or email us at hello@sprinkieparties.com to make the necessary arrangements.

Product Substitution

In the unfortunate event that a selected product becomes unavailable due to manufacturer defects or stock unavailability, a substitution may occur. We reserve the right to use a similar item with the most similar message and / or theme in the unlikely event that the originally selected product is unavailable. Any replacement will be of equal or greater value and the customer will be notified ahead of order fulfilment.

In an unusual occasion that your balloons deflate within an hour after self-collection or delivery to the address stated on the order form, we will evaluate the need to replace or refund on a case-by-case basis.



  1. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is at the delivery destination and access is available immediately.
  2. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct. Please include the unit number and/or business name if applicable. Please also specify other relevant information such as the function room name and / or booking name in the Order Notes if applicable.
  3. If there are any balloons that are damaged during the delivery process, we will replace them upon delivery availability during our operating hours. If not, we will refund you for the defective balloon.
  4. Balloons should not remain in bags. Always unbag balloons upon receipt for the best result and prolonged float time. Sprinkie Parties is not responsible for balloons damaged or condensed float times resulting from balloons left in their bag for a prolonged period of time.
  5. Customers are encouraged to check their order upon receipt. After a 1 hour grace period upon delivery, we will not provide a refund or replace a balloon that has been misused or mishandled.
  6. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery venue will accept balloons. No refunds will be given and we will not be held responsible if the order is turned away.
  7. Sprinkie Parties will only deliver an order once, to one location at the time and address set by the purchaser. If the delivery is refused by the recipient or if the venue does not permit Sprinkie Parties to deliver or leave the order with them, the order will be returned to our store. Undeliverable orders will not be refunded.
  8. If a second delivery attempt is requested as a result of inaccurate or incorrect information being given, we will only redeliver for an additional delivery fee of $40.00 and our schedule permitting. Sprinkie Parties is not responsible for any damages to the order.
