Balloon Delivery Fees
Update COVID-19: As part of our efforts for physical distancing during this period, we’ve reduced our delivery fees to $20.00 to encourage customers to stay home and get your orders delivered rather than to self pick-up. Do ensure that you place your orders at least 3 days before to enjoy these discounted rates. Do take note of the respective delivery fees for rush orders as listed below:

If you’d like us to deliver your order, kindly select the ‘Balloon Delivery’ option upon checkout. Please select your preferred delivery date. Do also remember to key in the correct delivery address.
Kindly ensure that someone is present at the indicated delivery address to receive your order when it arrives. Should we need to redeliver your balloons, it is chargeable at $50.00, subject to availability of our drivers.
We seek your kind understanding that your actual delivery time may vary 30 minutes before or after your selected delivery time-slot.
Free Delivery with Purchase of $150.00
We are currently offering free standard delivery with every purchase of $150.00 or more in a single transaction. This applies to all products listed on our online store, except for products that require setup (i.e. Staycation Surprise, Balloon Setups) The free delivery method will automatically be available when you checkout with a purchase of at least $150.00 on our website. Kindly note a time slot fee of $5.00 applies if you need it to be delivered at a specific time slot.
If you’d like to self-collect your order, kindly select the ‘Self Pick-Up’ option upon checkout. Please select your preferred collection date and time slot. Unless otherwise communicated, all orders are to be collected from our office located at:

Please note that collections are scheduled by appointment only. Your ballloons will only be inflated closer to your collection timing. As such, kindly adhere to your pre-selected self-collection date and time slot to maximise the float time you get out of your helium balloons.
If you’re unable to pick-up your order personally, you may get a representative to pick-up your order on your behalf. Simply get him or her to quote your name or order number upon collection.
Rush Orders (Self-Collection)
All self-collection orders need to be placed at least 1 day in advance but we sometimes make exceptions if your order items are in stock and we have the means to cater to your order.
Delivery Fees for Setup
Kindly note that a delivery fee of $25.00 applies to products that require setup by our styling team. This applies to the following:

- Perfect Party Styling Package
- On-Site Balloon Installations
- Dessert Table / Party Decor Setups
Free delivery above $150.00 does not apply for the above.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices of balloons listed are quoted inclusive of helium inflation. Should you require the balloons without helium inflation, the price remains the same.

Payment Time Frame
Please note that only paid bookings are confirmed bookings and full payment is required secure your booking. All payments are to be made and notified of via email within 1 hour from submission of your order. Your booking will automatically be cancelled if it is left unpaid or unaccounted for within the time frame given.
Please take note of our order cancellation terms below:
i. Full refund for orders cancelled with notice of more than 7 days prior to fulfilment date. Kindly note that we do not do cash refunds and the amount that you have paid for your order will be retained as credits to be offset for a future booking or purchase.
ii. 50% cancellation fee for orders cancelled with notice of at least 3 days prior to fulfilment date.
iii. No refund for orders cancelled less than 3 days to fulfilment date.

In the unfortunate event that you need to postpone your order to another date, kindly contact us via LiveChat or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make the necessary arrangements.
In the unfortunate event that a selected balloon becomes unavailable due to manufacturer defects or stock unavailability, a substitution may occur. We reserve the right to use a similar balloon with the most similar message and / or theme in the unlikely event that the chosen balloon unavailable. Any replacement will be of equal or greater value and the customer will be notified ahead of order fulfilment.
In an unusual occasion that your balloons deflate within an hour after self-collection or delivery to the address stated on the order form, we will evaluate the need to replace or refund on a case-by-case basis.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is at the delivery destination and access is available immediately.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct. Please include the unit number and/or business name if applicable. Please also specify other relevant information such as the function room name and / or booking name in the Order Notes if applicable.
- If there are any balloons that are damaged during the delivery process, we will replace them upon delivery availability during our operating hours. If not, we will refund you for the defective balloon.
- Balloons should not remain in bags. Always unbag balloons upon receipt for the best result and prolonged float time. Sprinkie Parties is not responsible for balloons damaged or condensed float times resulting from balloons left in their bag for a prolonged period of time.
- Customers are encouraged to check their order upon receipt. After a 1 hour grace period upon collection or delivery, we will not provide a refund or replace a balloon that has been misused or mishandled.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery venue will accept balloons. No refunds will be given and we will not be held responsible if the order is turned away.
- Sprinkie Parties will only deliver an order once, to one location at the time and address set by the purchaser. If the delivery is refused by the recipient or if the venue does not permit Sprinkie Parties to deliver or leave the order with them, the order will be returned to our store. Undeliverable orders will not be refunded.
- If a second delivery attempt is requested as a result of inaccurate or incorrect information being given, we will only redeliver for an additional delivery fee of $50.00 and our schedule permitting. Sprinkie Parties is not responsible for any damages to the order.
Setups / Installations
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the venue is accessible during the pre-scheduled setup / installation timing. If our styling team cannot gain access to the space, Sprinkie Parties is not responsible or liable and no refunds will be issued for late or incomplete installations or set ups.
- Kindly stick to the agreed setup timings. In the event that the customer is more than 30 minutes late, our styling team may need to leave as we have other bookings and deliveries to attend to. In such a scenario, we will return to the venue after our other engagements (Our schedule pemitting) and a redelivery fee of $50.00 applies.
- It is the sole responsibility of the customer to receive approval and permission from the hotel, venue, restaurant or space that an installation or set up will be permitted. Sprinkie Parties is not responsible for gaining permission for an installation or set up under any circumstances.
- If the customer is not on-site at the installation or set up, Sprinkie Parties will use its best professional judgement of placement in the space and accepts no responsibility, liability and will issue no refunds for decisions made at the set up.
