HAPPY BIRTHDAY 16″ Letters Balloon Banner (Blue)

Say it with letters! These foil letters are a quick and easy solution to filling up a wall space!

Each set comes with 13 x 16″ letter balloons that spell out the word, ‘HAPPY BIRTHDAY’. Easy and quick to inflate they will arrive flat packed complete with a straw which you insert to inflate with air (not helium). If you require assistance with the air inflation, we can do it for you at no additional cost. Kindly select this option when adding your item to cart.

Balloons do not come pre-strung. Each balloon has a self sealing valve and comes with little tabs to enable easy hanging. Ribbon for hanging is provided in the packaging.

Kindly note that these balloons are not compatible for inflation with helium and will not float due to its size, to be inflated with normal air only.
